Many of these will come from individuals (especially from countries like India or various parts of Africa) who are:
Not serious Not financially qualified Asking for free help or even money Wasting your time without intention to buy or take action
The Solution
If you decide to reply, start with two simple qualifying questions:
1. What country are you in? 2. Do you have any business experience or past results? If yes, what kind?
If they answer with:
A low-income country and No meaningful business results (no \$5K–\$100K+ experience) → Politely stop the conversation. Just mute them and ignore.
Spend 0 time on such people. 1st question/message will qualify or disqualify the lead.

Module 22 : Announce Launch
Why You Should Wait 2–3 Days (MINIMUM. Preferably a week or more) Before Launching Your Course or Mentorship
**Announce the drop even if you haven’t finished the content. Announce the drop date while you’re building it.
You should always wait at least 2–3 days before launching your course or mentorship. Here’s why:
Just like big brands—Nike, Apple, top clothing labels—always announce their product drops weeks or even months in advance, you need to do the same. They do this to build anticipation and excitement. Every day leading up to launch, they remind their audience about the drop date. So by the time it actually releases, there’s a massive line of people waiting to buy. That’s what you want.
If you just announce your course and launch it the same day, you’ll likely get zero or just a few sales. No one is excited. No one is ready. There’s no momentum.
Instead, what you should do is announce right now that you’re dropping your course or mentorship on a specific date—make it clear and definite. Then, remind your audience every single day, both morning and night, that it’s coming. If you only mention it once, most people won’t even see it. But if you keep repeating it daily, everyone will know, and it’ll create tension, anticipation, and a feeling of urgency.
You also want to frame it as a rare and limited opportunity. Say there are only 20 spots available, even if more people can join. Scarcity drives action. Here’s a tactic I use that works extremely well: 1. Say the course is dropping in exactly 6 days at a set time. (Example) 2. Each day leading up to launch, remind your audience frequently (morning and night). 3. When the cart opens, say there are 20 spots available. 4. Then, every few minutes or hours, update your audience: • “Only 16 spots left…” • “Only 12 spots now…” • “Just 7 spots remaining…”
Let that number gradually drop down to 0 over the next 30–40 hours. You can slow down the updates on Day 2–3. By then, say something like: • “Only 2 spots left” • “Last chance—1 spot remaining”
And if someone asks to join after it’s full, you can say:
“You know what? I normally wouldn’t, but I’ll make a special exception just for you.”
This tactic works extremely well because it builds excitement, tension, and scarcity—leading to a lot more sales.
Never drop your offer without building hype. Announce in advance. Build anticipation. Remind them constantly. Otherwise, your launch will flop. No hype = no sales.

Getting Sales = Getting Girls
I want you to really understand this: getting sales is almost identical to getting a girl.
Let me explain.
When you’re pursuing a girl—especially a high-value, attractive one—you don’t come off as needy. You don’t chase. You don’t beg. Instead, you position yourself as a busy, high-value man who doesn’t need her… and that’s exactly why she wants you.
Sales works the same way.
When I was running eBooks under the “Alex Suzuki” brand, I never pushed the mentorship openly. I didn’t plaster it everywhere. It was hidden. I just kept posting value—ebooks, motivational content, success stories. I didn’t seem desperate to sell. And guess what? That’s why people wanted in.
You must make your leads earn their way into your program.
Think about it—do the most beautiful women say yes to just anyone? Of course not. They make men earn it. Same principle applies here: you want your leads to feel like they need to prove themselves to you.
If you’re begging for clients, offering your course to anyone, giving off needy energy—nobody will respect you. No one will chase you. But if you position yourself as someone who’s rare, busy, high-standard, and not letting just anyone in… you become highly desirable. (You should still reply asap as you can though)
For example, when a lead asks me, “Do you have a course?” I often say:
“Not right now. I’m too busy. The mentorship is closed. I’m focused on helping current students who are doing $20K–$50K/month. I only work with the top 1% of committed, hardworking people.”
That scarcity instantly changes the dynamic. Now they are the ones trying to prove themselves to you.
You want them to chase you.
It’s exactly like a beautiful girl seeing a guy who doesn’t care about her—he’s confident, selective, doesn’t give her attention. She becomes curious. She starts wondering, “Why isn’t he interested in me? Does he have better options?” And suddenly, she’s chasing him.
That’s the aura you need in business.
Position your mentorship as closed. Let them know it’s rare and high-value. Drop hints like:
“My students are doing $20K, $50K/month… but I only work with those I believe will succeed.”
Even if the lead wasn’t initially interested, now they’re curious. Why? Because people want what they can’t have. Just like a rare exotic car, a billion-dollar company, or a stunning woman—scarcity + value = desire.
Your course must feel the same: • Extremely valuable • Not available to everyone • Reserved for the best
Then, flip the script.
When a lead reaches out, ask them:
“Can you prove that you’re committed? That you’re willing to work hard, stay consistent, and truly aim for $10K/month?”
Now they’re trying to impress you. They’re chasing you.
After they prove themselves, get them to make a promise:
“If I let you in, do you believe you’ll hit $10K/month?”
Tell them directly:
“If you don’t believe it, I won’t let you in. Because belief is required to succeed.”
This does two things: 1. It builds even more excitement and emotional investment in your program. 2. It ensures only serious, confident, committed people enter.
And here’s the truth: People only buy when they’re excited. They only buy when they really want it. They only buy when it feels exclusive.
If you skip this and just beg for sales, you’ll make a few hundred bucks here and there. But if you do this right, you’ll close dozens of four-figure sales consistently every month.
This is all psychology. Master it, and your sales will explode.

Some of the most productive things you can do:
1. Observe and learn from other mentees. Learn what kinds of posts are going well and viral. Then once you figure out, you'll likewise get 20-50K views on every post.
2. Ask me to review your posts. Your funnel. Your offer. Your community. Everything. I will give you tips on how to improve SIGNIFICANTLY.
Oftentimes students are missing one or only a few key crucial details. Which makes the difference between no sales ... to getting many 4 figure profit sales.
Module 25 : Beware of Trolls
Stop Wasting Time on Trolls
A common mistake when you’re starting out is talking too long with people who pretend they’re interested in buying—but never do. These are troll leads. They’ll act like they’re ready to buy, say things like “I’m about to pay” or “I just need one more thing,” but they ghost you or keep stalling forever.
Here’s how to spot and handle them:
If they’re serious, they’ll buy and make it clear. You should be able to sense their genuineness if they are real. Real buyers don’t need hours of convincing. If someone is truly ready to spend $300–$500+, they’ll make it clear.
Trolls waste your time. They’ll message a lot, ask vague questions, seem interested—but never pull the trigger. You’ll waste 2–3+ hours just for them to disappear.
Your rule: Never spend more than 5–10 minutes per person per day You’re a high-value person. Scarcity makes you attractive.
No chasing. Your mentorship should feel earned. The more you chase them, the less authority you have. If they want it, they’ll come to you.
Time-wasters are trolls. If they’re not buying and it’s draining your energy, it’s a troll. Drop them immediately.
How to figure out if they are trolls: they will frustrate you a lot.
Focus on high-intent leads. Respect your time. Act like a winner.

Module 28 : Make Non-Engagement Farming posts
It’s great that u guys are making viral posts like “how much I made doing X” or “how I did Y—grab the free guide.” That style works well for views. But if that’s all you do, people won’t trust you. And you won't get sales. You’ll start to feel like a bot or some low-trust marketer.
Engagement farming should be no more than 20-30% of your posts. That means that for every EF post you have, you should have at least 2 normal posts.
Think about the accounts you personally trust—they’re not just repeating the same CTA over and over. Instead, they post personal content. They talk about their day, share behind-the-scenes moments, open up about mistakes, and walk through how they’re solving problems in real time.
That’s what builds trust and credibility.
So mix in: • Personal stories (how you started, how it’s going, what you’ve learned) • Mistakes and how you’re fixing them • Screenshots of convos with clients, or how you helped them • Desk setups, daily POVs, random thoughts, random motivational talks • Honest breakdowns of wins and losses • Strong, valuable opinions—speak with authority
Authenticity is what makes people believe in you. Without it, the views are empty.
again, engagement farming posts (comment this to get this guide) should be NO MORE than 30-40% of your posts
most posts should be quality value, insights, opinions, stories, failures, what u learned, etc.
Rather, TAKE ACTION. Write down 1-2 ideas minimum per each key point i talk about.
IMPLEMENT them!
There's no use reading them unless you implement them.
Make sure to post more about:
- what kinds of products you sold. What methods?, - how does method work??, - what products worked well and why some failed. (Describe), - describe mistakes you had early on in the business and what you learned from them (make threads), - where did you learn the business?, - describe what you noticed about your customers with different marketing methods., - what is your business? explain in easy words so everyone can understand. Explain how it works in steps so that even 5 year old can understand, - how does it compare with other businesses? pros and cons,
No need to have CTA “comment… “ for any of these posts.
Again, take a chunk of time and sit down for 30mins - 1 hr or so and then write as much as you can. Then schedule them in advance.
Let’s say u make 20 tweets
Post 2-3 sunday post 3 more on monday post 1 on monday post 2 on Tuesday… so on
just an example
this way, you dont need to post anything (work on that at all) for weeks.
You're wasting so much time and effort if you are spending time everyday making posts.
Let’s keep CTA engagement farming posts (CTA) “comment…” kinds of posts to less than 30% of all posts. Most posts should just be interesting value and cool unique info.

4. Create Boundaries Around Access

Even with 30 to 40 active students, I handle all communication in under an hour per day if focused. Most questions are short and simple. Once you build a rhythm, the time required to respond will decrease significantly.
6. Build a Modular FAQ System
Every time a student asks a question, turn your answer into a reusable asset:
Create a course module Add it to your FAQ Record a short video Write a mini-guide
This ensures that future students don’t ask the same questions. When they do, you can send them directly to the right resource.
If a student asks a common question, direct them to the relevant module or FAQ. For example, “Check out Module 33” followed by a link. This keeps your time free while reinforcing self-service learning.
While you want to reduce repeat questions, it’s important to be available for deeper help if needed. If a student reads the module and still needs clarity, respond directly. Your availability and kindness still matter—it just needs to be structured.

Module 34 : MAKE POSTS
The Difference Between $0 and $20K Months
Let’s be real:
The reason you’re not getting sales is simple: you’re not posting.
You all have 100% potential to hit $3K profit days and $10K–$20K months consistently, but you’re not even tweeting. If you don’t post, you don’t get paid. It’s that simple.
Unlike editing videos or building complex funnels, posting on Twitter is easy. • It takes 5 seconds to write a tweet. • You can copy/paste tweets that already went viral. • Even the media (images/videos) can be reused. Just copy the TweetHunter image code—you don’t even need to upload anything.
There’s no excuse.
You could schedule a week’s worth of content in 10 minutes. One engagement farming post every other day is the bare minimum. Some of you aren’t even doing that.
This is the difference between Staying stuck vs. breaking into 5-figure profit months
One of my students had zero business experience. But he locked in, worked just 1–2 hours a day, stayed consistent—and pulled in $3K profit in a day.

Module 35 : Understanding the Twitter Algorithm:
1. High-Quality Tweets Trigger Growth
When a tweet performs better than your usual ones, Twitter notices. If you keep posting that same level of quality, Twitter starts pushing your future tweets more.
Momentum builds tweet by tweet — quality stacks.
Twitter cares about your past tweets. If was doing poorly, ur future posts wont get much views. If previous posts were good, it will automatically get good views at minimum.
2. Engagement-to-View Ratio Matters
If you get strong likes, comments, and reposts even with low views, that tells Twitter:
“This tweet is high-value. Show it to more people in future posts.”
The algorithm rewards engagement velocity — not just follower count.
3. Reposting Works (Smartly)
Accounts that go viral often post the same message every 2–3 days (not retweets — freshly posted). It works because:
Twitter treats each post as new
Different people see it each time
The copy is proven to convert
Think of it like running the same ad over and over — because it works.
4. Growth Isn’t Linear — It’s Cyclical
Every account hits cold periods. You’ll post great stuff and get:
Low views
Low engagement
Zero traction
We call this the “Twitter Ice Age.” It’s temporary — always.
Usually lasts between few days to 1-2 weeks max.
Everyone account goes through it. Stay consistent, and the algorithm always comes back around to reward you.
5. Keep Evolving
When growth stalls:
Slightly change the hook or format
Switch up visuals or tweet time
Keep testing, but don’t stop posting
Persistence beats everything.

So if you haven’t done so already, please push your students to achieve successful results.
Once you achieve this, not only will you have proof, showing confidence in your performance to grow new students to success, but also, you will be able to talk about the behind the scenes and ultra specific details that give you credibility and authority, proving you know exactly what you’re doing.
If you have student successes… great!
Just keep having them win.
But don’t get too confident … because Successful students alone actually isn’t enough… especially when hundreds of other coaches exist out there who have students making 3-4 figure profits daily… why would the audience choose you over them?
So keep growing students to great successes and numbers.
With authenticity, sharing behind the scenes and being ultra detailed, you can outdo those other coaches.
Free Community & Mini Course
Or make it very low ticket like $20-$50 per month.
Going from a telegram channel to buying your course is a huge step and many people aren’t comfortable doing that.
So I want you guys to start having a free community and a free mini course in it. Where people can work together and ask questions. That way, you are proving value AND people become more interested/desiring in your course. (Person working on it is more likely to buy than someone just passively seeing your telegram channel posts… think abt it. That’s a HUGE risk for them. )

U dont need hours of brainstorming, outlining, and editing to create something people will actually read.

### STEP 1: Start With the Core Purpose
Before writing anything, I defined the goal:
> “This free guide is to get people interested in going viral on TikTok using AI videos, and then upsell them into my course or VA service.”
That single sentence gave me clarity on:

### STEP 2: Break It Into 4–5 Simple Steps
Instead of overcomplicating, I asked: “What are the 4–5 steps someone must know to succeed at this?”
I came up with:
1. Understand what works (the algorithm + quantity game) 2. Let AI do the work (tools, workflow, delegation) 3. Funnel views into cash (monetization setup) 4. Sell to businesses (offer structure + outreach)

Module 41 : How to Sell Emotionally — 3 Core Principles
To make people buy, you don’t just explain your method…
You make them feel like they NEED it. Here’s how:

Make Them Love the Outcome
Paint the dream so clearly they feel like it’s already real.
Show them what life could look like: – The results – The freedom – The respect, confidence, or money they’ve always wanted
Let them visualize it. Let them taste it in their mind. Until it becomes so clear and real
Make it personal and emotional
Example:
“Imagine waking up, checking your phone, and seeing $1,872 in new Stripe sales.
No calls. No ads. Just peace, control, and momentum. And you’re in Hawaii.”
Step 2
Make Them Fear their current state
Once they’re hooked on the dream, show them what happens if they do nothing.
Make their current situation feel even worse.
Exaggerate the cost of staying the same. Being broke forever. Slaving life away. Not being able to provide for family.
Make them understand that they’ll be stuck forever. And regret not taking action.
“What if I’m stuck like this forever?” “What if someone else takes this knowledge and beats me to it?”
Example: “If you don’t act now, you’ll be in the same place 6 months from now. Broke, guessing, frustrated while others scale and take over your space.”
Give them a small preview of success. Let them feel like they already won — so they crave the rest.
Show a result they can replicate instantly
Make it feel like your method works But to unlock the full thing, they’ll need your paid offer
Example:
“Use this formula in your next post — watch it get 10x engagement. You see how these post used it and all went viral? Well they all made $X. You see how they started 1 week ago and already succeeding? Meanwhile you’ve been trying for years and behind.
That’s just Step 1 of 10.

Get them taste some success. This makes them more convinced that your method WORKS. And also make them love the success that they will acheive. And make them FEAR the consequences of remaining where they are (not being able to provide for family, remaining a failure forever, etc)
3 Interesting / value tweets (video, image course) - Sales dashboard with no engagement farming (concise 1-2 line text) - Authentic tweets - What’s been going on in my day? what are you thinking about? what have you learned? what are your opinions? any stories? - Testimonials (as detailed and speecific as possible) - Case studies threads (show funnel, step by step how to do, results, etc with screenshots or screen share) 4 BOLO style : 5 Hiring Posts ( basically tell people that you are hiring for $35 to $75 per hour, which is maybe true or not ) - the whole point is to engagement bait. Make them go through your course, thinking that it is training. And before they even realize, after getting through your training modules (course interest bait) they really want your methods and to buy your course or mentorship
6 Lifestyle 4 images (X business made me this)
7 ONE OF MOST IMPORTANT : Reply and engage with 50+ tweets daily. Comment under them. Build authority. Write contraversial comments. Then all people in twitter space will know and remember you. IF YOU DO NOT REPLY TO OTHERS' POSTS, you are just a one way speaker trying to tweet. No. Twitter must be a community. Where you are EVERYWHERE. And everyone's tweets tie back to you. Everyone engages with you and see you as top authority in the community. Not just someone blasting his megaphone in the middle of nowhere.
Honestly, probably most important are value packed THREADS. Attach image or videos on each thread so they spend MORE TIME viewing. More time = more views
People are starting to get sick and tired of commenting on others' engagement bait posts.
Remember how I talked about how you should be genuinely proud of each of your works? Well an engagement bait tweet isn't going to fulfill that. You must post quality tweets (oftentimes threads) that are packed with value and people will really appreciate. New, unique, interesting, valuable $$$ sauce.

Module 43 : Idea to Increase Engagement Of Your Tweets Via Mass Quotes (VA)
the reality is that you can learn from each and every conversation you have.
You will try to close each and every person.
But many of them will fail. STUDY AND TRY FIGURE OUT what went wrong. What did they think or feel? Why?
Also, keep studying others' posts on twitter. See what is getting them views. What is not working? Why are some posts and profile doing well? WHAT KINDS of people are engaging with their posts? ( Jeets or legitimate business owners or normal people? and why? )
Here’s an example I wanted to share. I was almost able to close this guy for $3000 but there was a mistake:
He thought that he had a chance to succeed by using my free guides. I should have made clear and told him that it would have been impossible or would take years for him to figure out by himself with only my free guides, and that my course/mentorship was NECESSARY for him to succeed.

Don't stop improving until you are able to close every single lead who is able to pay. (which means you must perpetually keep learning and growing from every conversation)

Example of studying twitter ecosystem: - why are some posts performing well and others aren't?? is it because he engages with his comments? replies to others' comments? maybe he posts value threads instead of engagement farming? how many posts does he make? - why is everyone getting less views than before? why did twitter algorithm change? but how are some people still succeeding? what are they doing? - engagement farming posts are becoming more catered towards low quality audience like jeets and less and less of business owners? why?
Keep finding patterns to what works and what doesn't.
Twitter is like the ocean. the location of where fish are changes. Their preference in bait continually changes. If you are not paying attention and keep doing what you do without observing, you will fail to catch any fish. Maybe something works rn but later on the environment WILL change.
Understand that your performance on twitter (and any social media) depends on 2 factors: entertainment & value (we focus more on value) - so if you are posting the same boring stuff, it will no longer be valuable (and def not entertaining) - you must be posting NEW, interesting, and valueable congent.
Hint: you can figure this out by having conversations with many people. figure out what kinds of posts they want and like. and why. Figure out what the hype is.

Module 45 : Problem with Retweets
I'd like you guys to not depend too much on retweets.
Instead, here are some more effective ways to get views:
1) make an announcement in your telegram channel of new post ( hint of NEW value packed guide with new secret methods ) 2) reply to EACH AND EVERY comment that you have sent it and tell them to check their DM (others see that you are legit––which prompts more people to comment AND also reminds those who have commented to go thru ur freebie. Since most don't actually check DM or open ur free guides) 3) keep retweeting your own post every few minutes or hours
these practices alone should be as effective (or perhaps more) than relying on retweets
I've figured recently that in the long run, retweets are harmful. for both the retweeter and the recipient of it.
Retweets are like drugs. In the beginning, they will boost you a lot. But later on, you begin to depend on it and you are unable to succeed unless you get retweets. And later down, even if you get retweets, your posts will still flop. Huge L. At best, RTs will make your posts normal but when you dont get them (that happens often) your post will flop.
and on top of that, the person who retweets.... well, their account reach becomes worse. the more retweets, the more shadowbans and less reach. Basically, it's a losing game for both sides... especially for the account that does the retweet. I've found myself to be doing most of the retweets and this has costed me millions of views... and has costed me hundreds of thousands of dollars lost.
The most successful accounts actually are able to succeed and go viral without retweets ( like Greffin and 0adspend and Nick B )
